Cardiovascular System

 

Cardiovascular system comprises of:

—The blood

—The blood vessels of the circulatory system

—The heart

The heart consist of three layers of tissue:

—Epicardium- A thin outer layer

—Endocardium- A thin inner layer

—Myocardium- A thick middle layer. It consists of four chambers:

—Right and left atria

—Right and left ventricles
